At PEPTIK, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped. All sales are considered final unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@peptik.co with your order number and clear photographic evidence.
After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
